As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will work to support the Natural Resources team on a wide variety of business-focused tasks. You will support account executives and stakeholders to deliver excellent client service and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Natural Resources team.
In this apprenticeship, you will be supported to understand the business needs and to look for solutions to deliver excellent service. You will investigate and troubleshoot to ensure that all queries are seen through to resolution.
You will work closely with the Global team and develop great working relationships with colleagues in the Mumbai office to ensure accurate data input within the quality standards.
You will be developed to give first-class operational and service delivery to support the business unit to ensure that their targets are met.
The Requirements
* A-Levels or equivalent
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (grade 4 or above)
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Keen eye for detail and naturally inquisitive
* Able to build effective working relationships at all levels with key stakeholders
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks.
* Ability to learn new processes and systems.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Training
This apprenticeship is an 18-month programme, you will be provided on-the-job training and a highly competitive study package fully supported by WTW and our official government-approved training provider throughout the duration of the programme.
