What You’ll Do: Support students with disabilities during lessons and other school activities. Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to help them focus and succeed. Help with schoolwork and encourage learning in a way that suits each student. Be a positive role model and help students feel more confident and independent. Support the teacher by preparing materials and keeping the classroom calm and organised. Work closely with other staff to give the best support possible to each child What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with disabilities. A caring and patient personality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Someone who can adapt to the needs of different students.
