The Role Position PMO Manager Contract type Contract Reporting to PMO & Delivery Manager Location Portman House, London Zodiac Maritime has embarked on a digital transformation programme. The scope of the programme touches most parts of the business. We are actively searching for a PMO Manager to support the Data and Design Lead in the delivery of the new systems and processes. This is a broad role which will require the role holder to be comfortable across the full spectrum of project management and delivery activities, from project planning and monitoring to managing daily project operations and execution of project deliverables. Overview of role Key responsibilities and primary deliverables To be successful in the role, You will assist the Data & Design lead (and team) in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets You will support delivery of work where required You will support the commercial management of the programme and its projects, including contract reviews and third party supplier management You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and provide guidance on mitigation strategies to ensure the project is on track You will collaborate with project managers and functional managers to allocate and optimize resources across the programme You will prepare and distribute project status reports and other project-related documentation to the business and other stakeholders in a timely manner You will support efficient communication and stakeholder management, ensuring that activities are aligned with interdependent projects and operations You will establish quality management processes and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle and identify and drive continuous improvement You will collaborate with senior management to align the projects with organizational goals and strategies You will deliver to required time, cost and quality dimensions Skills profile Relevant experience & education Experience with and knowledge of project management principles, phases of the project life cycle, methodologies and tools and the skill to know when and how to use them Hands on delivery focused.
