Overview: We’re looking for a Development Chef to join an incredibly successful chilled food business in North Lincolnshire. You will need to have been a Development Chef within a large-scale manufacturing environment previously to succeed in this role.
The Opportunity:
You’ll be customer facing with some of the biggest retailers. We need you to be confident because as the Development Chef you’ll be responsible for presenting to stakeholders and ensuring you have their buy-in. As a Development Chef, you’ll work closely with an NPD Technologist focusing on one specific account, there’ll be a lot of blue sky thinking involved. They will measure your success through a series of SMART objectives created within your first week with the NPD Manager.
