Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly websites. You will require strong knowledge of online user experience (UX), web design principles, and proficiency in various design tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern front-end technologies that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
2. Coordinate with UI/UX designer to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
3. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
4. Troubleshoot and debug website issues to improve functionality.
5. Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
6. Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and timeframes.
7. Monitor the performance of live websites to ensure high performance and error-free operation.
8. Prepare and communicate reports for managers and clients.
Skills Required
1. Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
2. Strong understanding of modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress.
3. Experience with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
4. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
5. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
6. Understanding of PHP, React, and Angular is advantageous.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. A keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring high-quality output in all designs.
