Description
* Who we’re looking for: A .NET Engineer with experience in REST APIs and web services
* The challenge: To help modernise critical financial systems while maintaining existing services that process significant transaction volumes for major retailers
* Where you’ll work: This role will work from our London office 2 days a week, with occasional visits to our HQ in Hove

Day to day this role will
* Maintain and enhance our gift card processing systems, including number generation, PIN management, and transaction handling
* Work on API integrations with external service providers and payment systems
* Contribute to the modernisation of our codebase, including migration to newer technologies
* Implement security best practices and maintain system integrity
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience with, C# and .NET development
* Experience with REST APIs and web services
* An understanding of security principles and best practices
* Knowledge of database design and stored procedures
* Working knowledge Git / source control
It’s not essential, but we’d love to hear about it if you have experience with
* Payment processing systems
* Modern cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure
