As the Home Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the home, liaising with residents, their families, the amazing staff, and external suppliers. Your work will help keep everything running smoothly, ensuring that both residents and team members have what they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll ensure the administration department is organised and functioning at its best – your attention to detail will be crucial here!
* Be a Payroll Pro: You’ll handle the daily, weekly, and monthly payroll, ensuring everything is accurate and submitted on time.
* Order and Invoice Management: Keep track of all orders and invoices and ensure prompt responses to any queries. Your organisational skills will shine in this area!
* Manage Petty Cash: You’ll keep the home’s petty cash in check, ensuring all disbursements and reclaims are accurate.
* Onboarding New Employees: Help bring new team members on board smoothly, from processing DBS checks to maintaining employee files.
* Provide Support: You’ll provide clerical support to the General Manager and other staff members, helping with diary management, filing, word processing, and more.
Skills We’re Looking For:
* Excellent Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills will be top-notch, as you’ll interact with a variety of people, from residents and families to suppliers and staff.
* Detail-Oriented: With so many different responsibilities, being organised and detail-focused is key to this role.
* Tech-Savvy: You’ll need to be comfortable with Excel and Word. Don’t worry, full training on the bespoke systems will be provided!
* A Team Player: You’ll work alongside a supportive, caring team who all work towards the same goal – providing the best care and support for our residents.
