YOUR ROLE
* As a Senior Sales Engineer – Metal Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our portfolio of clients in the UK and Ireland Metal Packaging market, with focus on beverage canmakers.
* You will work closely with some of the biggest canmakers, providing technical and commercial support and ensuring that our chemistry solutions meet the specific needs of each plant.
* You will nurture and develop strong relationships with different stakeholders within your customer base as the main contact person, through regular visits and line audits.
* You'll be part of our West Europe cluster, with the UK falling under this region.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sustainable solutions for the metal packaging industry.
* Driving sales by identifying new business opportunities, pursuing leads, and ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met.
* Working effectively with internal teams (engineering, R&D, operations, etc.) to develop solutions and ensure customer requirements are met.
YOUR SKILLS
* A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field is essential.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, collaborative “can-do” attitude and resilience.
* UK based preferred.
* Willingness to travel at least 50% of your time within UK and Ireland.
* Organised, able to manage a complex and diverse workload, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, self-starter.
* Positive attitude towards personal growth and career development.
* F lexibility to adjust to new challenges, technologies or market demands.
