The administrator will work alongside the Clerk and Deputy Clerk to undertake a range of administrative tasks including monitoring the Parish Councils Admin Inbox (E-mails) and telephone line. Administering the Parish Council’s Website and social media platforms. Preparing in consultation with the Clerk any media releases or communications. Managing the Parish Council’s asset register and carrying out general administrative duties including organising room bookings, archiving, scanning, printing, laminating and shredding.
The successful candidate must have good personal and interpersonal skills. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms is essential.
This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office at least 1 day per week.
