The Frasers Group Finance Elevation Programme will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance within three years through exposure to key departments within the finance function. You'll undertake a cutting-edge training course to fully prepare you for a career in finance and work towards a fully accredited ACA qualification.
Join our 3-year rotational fast track Finance Graduate Elevation Programme, where you will work in all key areas of the finance function whilst working towards your ACA qualification. You will work within teams that impact group performance, support key commercial decisions, and take central roles on projects that will help you gain first-hand experience of finance operations in a global company.
During the 3-year programme, you will be involved in group audits, gain insight into all functions of the department, become an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, and gain internal training for key skills such as management and team leading.

Not only are we providing best in class training from industry leaders, but there is also a dedicated Learning and Development team who will be with you every step of the way on this programme. Your experience will begin with an immersive orientation programme to set you up for unlimited success. Our L&D Team will organise regular opportunities to connect with your cohort, there will be interactive workshops to build Core/Management skills, and Expert Insight sessions will be delivered by Frasers Group Senior Leaders. The Selection Process: (please read)
Your application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Team, and you will be informed if you have been successful within 30 days. Successful applications will be invited to complete a short online assessment that measures aspects such as analytical skills, logic, reasoning, and Frasers Group values and behaviours. If you are successful at this point, you will be invited to complete a video interview with one of the Recruitment Team, where you will get the chance to show us your fearless qualities and ask any questions about the programme, team, or group. Finally, the fearless few will be invited to an onsite assessment centre at our Shirebrook HQ in March 2025. Assessment centre travel expenses will be covered by Frasers Group, including trains/mileage and if necessary, hotels or flights. Job offers will be issued in April and the start date for the programme is in September 2025.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 degree. At Frasers Group, it's not about where you have come from, it's about where you can take us - so Finance/Business/Economics is not essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills; this programme is about more than just the numbers - we need people who can communicate the data and draw business conclusions.
* Hardworking and driven; you must be prepared to face challenges head-on and show resilience in the face of change.
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
