Purpose:
The Director, Channel Services and Solutions will have oversight responsibility for services and solutions sales within the Xerox partner ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities include collaborating with P&E to ensure offering readiness, defining the channel value proposition, establishing the appropriate support model and driving to expected outcomes.
This leader will be responsible for the strategic expansion of the Xerox ITS and DS business through the partner channel. This executive will drive a strategy through leveraging internal resources to ensure that relevant ITS and DS offerings can scale through the indirect channels.
This role will require travel to Saudi Arabia and reports directly to the Chief Channel and Partner Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define channel business strategy for ITS, DS & SW
* Recommend and implement the organizational structure to execute the business strategy
* Define and recruit internally and externally the talent required to perform
* Establish a compensation scheme for staff and a benefits scheme for partners that support the strategic intent
* Articulate a clear path to success with clear strategic goals and the appropriate tactics to hit each milestone
* Implement a management system to monitor our progress towards the strategic intent.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of all aspects of business operations.
* Strong project management skills and experience, including the ability to manage highly complex change programs involving cross-functional resources.
* Strong financial acumen and affinity for data-driven and analytical problem-solving.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to listen well and quickly aggregate key issues and concerns to facilitate action planning.
* Effective builder of relationships and networks.
* Able to influence senior leaders through persuasive argument, gravitas, and data-driven analytics.
* Highly respected, disciplined, discrete, and trustworthy.
* Advanced degree and 15+ years of business experience required.
