The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales, identifying high-value prospects, and generating opportunities for the enterprise sales team. This is a cold-calling focused role for someone hungry to break into enterprise SaaS sales, with direct mentorship and fast career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and qualify leads, targeting financial services, fintechs, and enterprise businesses.
* Cold call and engage decision-makers, booking high-value meetings for Account Executives.
* Master the MEDDIC sales framework, developing structured, repeatable sales processes.
* Stay ahead of compliance industry trends, positioning the platform as the future of RiskOps.
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently book qualified enterprise meetings and generate a strong outbound pipeline. Setting yourself up for rapid career growth.
Who We’re Looking For
* 6+ months SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
* Cold-calling mentality, comfortable handling objections and driving outbound activity.
* Process-driven and highly coachable, eager to learn MEDDIC sales methodologies.
* Self-starter mentality, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
