Sales Administrator £25k p/a, Permanent, M-F 8.30am-5.00pm, HX5 Due to continued success our long standing client is looking add a Sales Administrator to their team. Main Purpose of Job: Interpret and process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner Resolve order queries Customer relationship developmentMain Duties and Responsibilities: Accept incoming calls and actively promote our products Process written and verbal orders Deal with a variety of different queries from customers / suppliers Ensure all orders are entered on the correct account code Check stock availability on all items input into the system Advise trade customers if any items are out of stock providing approximate delivery date if known Ensure correct price rates are quoted Issue an order acknowledgement for each order processed Show potential customers around the showroom Examine the duplicate orders and overdue delivery reports for errors Process "non-delivered" orders, raising a credit and a new order Process trade counter sales Provide cover to other departments undertaking all related duties Process collection requests within company policy Attend and take an active part in departmental meetings, making a positive contribution where possible Assist with general adhoc duties necessary to assist the smooth running of the company Provide support and assistance to external Business Development Managers - specifically producing visual quotes, raising orders, updating enquiry details and providing details of actual or potential opportunities within their areaCompany Information Based in Elland, they are a market leader in their industry.
