About the Role:
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the primary interface between Medinet and our NHS Trust clients, ensuring the seamless execution of clinical service contracts ranging from 3 months to 3 years. Your role is pivotal in fostering long-term partnerships by delivering high-quality services that exceed expectations.
This hybrid role offers variety, with time split across our regional offices, customer sites across the Southwest of England and Wales, and home working as required. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, such as the operations and finance teams, and partner closely with a Business Development Manager and the wider commercial team to drive exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, track, and monitor customer requirements to ensure alignment with service goals.
* Provide effective account management to deliver on commitments and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Resolve customer queries through proactive problem-solving and innovative solutions.
* Lead change initiatives as Trusts transition to new services.
* Manage the mobilisation of new services, ensuring on-time and high-quality implementation.
* Support business development opportunities, including service renewals and extensions.
* Maintain daily communication with customers and internal teams to align goals and expectations.
* Act as a role model for Medinet's values in every interaction.
Main Duties:
* Consistently deliver high-quality, customer-ready services on time with minimal corrections.
* Prepare, lead, and participate in customer meetings, capturing and sharing actionable insights.
* Track and manage relevant customer data, including activity, budgets, quality metrics, and safety concerns.
* Independently produce polished reports, presentations, and contract reviews.
* Flag potential issues proactively and collaborate to resolve them.
* Contribute to broader projects aligned with Medinet’s objectives.
Person Specification:
* Healthcare (Likely secondary care but may include other healthcare settings)
* Project and/or service management.
* Strong customer relationship management.
* Effective project management and conflict resolution.
* Excellent report writing, document management, and presentation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication, including meeting management.
