About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice/ Clinical Manager to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and developing our staff.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in dentistry, preferably with experience in management or leadership roles. They will be responsible for marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance, KPI management, and practice budget planning. A 'can-do' attitude and experience in HR would be beneficial, but not essential.
The practice is a large, multi-surgery site with a mixed NHS and private patient base. It boasts a state-of-the-art digital system and modern facilities, including on-site parking. The Operations Manager is willing to provide training and support to ensure the candidate's success.

Estimated Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum
