£12.44 per hour + Overtime Opportunities
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
The Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities -
* Sort through return mail and update customer/patient records accurately and in a timely manner
* Collate and verify customer information from multiple sources
* Maintain GDPR standards throughout
* Respond promptly and professionally to external inquiries via email, telephone and other communication channels.
* Support customers with any inquiries and provide a comprehensive understanding of any products and services
* Perform general administrative tasks
The ideal candidate -
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skills:
* IT literate
* Comprehensive understanding of GDPR
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy is vital.
* Good work ethic more important than experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organised with a proactive manner
* An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
