Hours: Full-time (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive, based on experience and suitability for the role Bartlett are looking for an ambitious and confident individual with professional services industry experience to join their Financial Institutions Insurance division. The Financial Institutions Insurance division is responsible for arranging insurance covering professional errors and omissions and the person liability of senior management. This involves arranging Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Crime and Cyber insurance for companies operating in the investment management and wider financial services sector. Our client base includes primarily investment managers, hedge funds, private equity houses, corporate financiers and stockbrokers managing assets (typically £1bn) for global investors. Our primary points of contacts are head of finance, head of legal or partners/directors (highly sophisticated and professional individuals). This role is ideal for individuals who have graduated with a 2:1 or above from a reputable university and possess intellectual curiosity, a professional demeanour and a passion for developing a long-term career in the insurance and financial services sector. From day one, you will receive tailored one-on-one training from experienced team members. Your responsibilities will include: Autonomously managing SME client relationships and accounts while providing the highest standard of service. Supporting and working collegiately alongside Account Executives on more complex client relationships and accounts. Reviewing client underwriting information and conducting detailed due diligence to fully understand their business and insurance requirements. Learning how to broker to the London/Lloyd's financial institutions insurance market and negotiate the best available insurance terms for clients. Developing your technical knowledge of the financial institutions sector, financial lines insurance products, and the insurance market. Preparing policy documentation and information documents for clients. You will be surrounded by, and learn from, a team of experienced finance, insurance and legal professionals and develop valuable skills, financial institution knowledge and insurance expertise. You will also have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Insurance (“CII”) as a member of the “Bartlett Academy” training programme.
