Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the software category strategy for enterprise-level purchases, including SaaS, cloud, and on-premise solutions.
Negotiate multi-year, high-value contracts with Tier 1 technology providers such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow, managing contracts exceeding £100 million in lifecycle value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, serving as the primary liaison for strategic discussions and performance reviews, including regular QBRs.
