Join Reed Professional Services as a Managing Consultant!
Are you ready to make a significant impact and drive innovation? At Reed Professional Services, we’re looking to grow our Senior Management Team and welcome our next dynamic Managing Consultant to shape and execute our sales strategy within the Engineering space. This is a unique opportunity to build up this practice area from scratch and introduce our brand and services to new client whilst building strong relationships within the Reed Group and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
* Strategize & Collaborate: Work closely with the Managing Partner to craft and implement the Go To Market (GTM) Strategy for your target market.
* Innovative Outreach: Utilize a mix of phone calls, direct and HubSpot sequenced emails, social media (especially LinkedIn), and networking at industry events to execute your strategy.
* Lead & Draft: Take the lead on bid responses, drafting them for final approval by the Managing Partner.
* Network Building: Develop robust networks both internally and externally to uncover new business opportunities.
* Project Scoping: Partner with expert consultants and the wider delivery team to scope new projects and services.
* Solution Design: Manage the solution design process to ensure our offerings meet client needs.
* Proposal Crafting: Draft compelling proposals and pricing for new services and projects.
* Seamless Transition: Oversee the transition from initial sale through to delivery.
* Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with current and new clients, becoming their go-to for our services.
What You Bring:
* Proven Sales Success: A track record of successful sales and new business wins.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing senior stakeholders.
* Leadership Experience: Ability to start up and build a new practice and sales/delivery team.
* Industry Expertise: Experience in consultancy/managed services and engineering resourcing/Statement of Work (SoW).
