We arelooking for an Executive Housekeeper whowill:
* Perform Head of Department duties for Housekeeping, ensuring we meet guests' expectations and our high standards for cleanliness.
* Have a strong housekeeping background from 300+ rooms properties and large Public Areas.
* Have experience in managing large teams of over 100 team members
* Be a self - motivated, driven, hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better.
* Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
* Have experience in CAPEX and CPOR/HSK P&L accountability
* Be fully competent with HR processes/L&D
* Have experience in developing internal talent and proven evidence of driving team engagement.
* Work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals.
* Play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.
