The role
The role of Key Stage 3 Lead will provide strong support to the Assistant Principal ensuring exemplary pastoral leadership across our lower school cohort (approx. 325 students). The Key Stage 3 Lead will play an important strategic role in leading initiatives to improve the attainment, attendance, and behaviour of students across the key stage year groups.Nishkam School Trust (NST) are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. The School
Nishkam High School is an OFSTED ‘Outstanding’, multi-faith school in north-west Birmingham, providing both a secondary school and a sixth form for boys and girls aged 11 – 19 years.
