What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative and hardworking people to our staff team. Experience within a school environment could be an advantage but is not essential as high quality induction and ongoing training will be provided.
Responsibilities will include working under the direction of a qualified Teacher to consistently promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour, supporting all pupils in their learning and development, in whole class settings, small groups or with individual pupils as directed, treating them with respect and consideration.
