Employee Benefits Specialist

We are partnering with a leading global architecture practice, who are growing their Reward and Benefits function and have an opportunity for a Benefits Specialist to join the team. With a headcount of circa 2500 internationally and a thriving culture.
Operating within the Rewards team of 4 people that services the international employee base. You will lead the charge in vendor selection, management, and the delivery of engaging benefits information sessions for our employees as well dealing with all benefits administration.
With a focus on enhancing and improving the global benefits, you'll have the opportunity to lead projects and follow through with full ownership of the benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Vendor Selection & Management: Lead the full-cycle vendor selection process for employee benefits programmes, including research, evaluations, negotiations, and contract management. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service excellence and timely delivery.
* Benefits Information Sessions: Plan, develop, and deliver clear and engaging employee benefits information sessions to ensure that all employees understand and are fully informed about the available benefits packages.
* Programme Implementation & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new benefits programs. Act as the key point of contact for all benefits-related queries and concerns from employees, offering personalised support where needed.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse employee benefits utilisation, satisfaction, and overall effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in benefits offerings.
* Benefits Administration: Manage the benefits inbox and deal with all enquires from employees and vendors.
We are looking for a someone with proven experience in benefits management within a large international business. You'll have experience of vendor selection, management, and program delivery.
You will ideally have international experience and it is imperative you have worked for a large
(2000+) headcount organisation. You will be an advanced user of excel and have some system implementation experience.
