This position has arisen as one of our vets is going on maternity leave, making it the perfect time to step into a well-supported and rewarding role. What We’re Offering: ✨ Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) with Wednesdays off. ✨ Surgical/Consulting Split: Two dedicated surgery days and two consulting days each week. ✨ Breaks and Admin Time: Morning, afternoon, and evening breaks with admin and lunch locked into the diary. ✨ Minimal Weekend Work: Only 1:4 Saturday mornings (9 am to 12 pm). Our highly motivated nursing team consists of five RVNs with special interests in diabetes, behaviour, and weight management, fully utilising their skills in consults, post-op checks, and various medical treatments. Behind the scenes, our dedicated ANAs optimise workflow, while our exceptional reception team proactively anticipates client and team needs to keep everything running smoothly. For those looking to develop their leadership skills, there is also an exciting opportunity to step into a lead role and mentor colleagues. Modern Facilities & Services: Recently upgraded equipment, including: Ultrasound and DR X-ray (including dental DR X-ray) Multi-parameters, syringe driver, and tonopen Comprehensive Idexx Reference Lab and Animana PMS system Separate Dog and Cat/Rabbit Wards: Reducing stress for our patients.
