Role Overview - Trainee Financial Administrator: Support IFAs and Mortgage Advisers in preparing client files and records. Prepare reports and correspondence for Advisers and Paraplanners. Onboard new clients by entering their information into the system. Liaise with third parties to gather information on clients’ existing policies. Attend client meetings to assist with communications. Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries. Key Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft Office is highly advantageous. Strong organisational skills and a dedicated work ethic. A proactive approach to learning and development. This role is ideal for candidates/ a Financial Administrator at the early stages of their career, whether you have foundational knowledge of the Private Client Wealth Management sector, experience in an FCA-regulated environment, or office administration experience of six months or more.
