We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Infrastructure team in Cambridge.
What you'll do:
1. Maintain the vehicle defect system and organise repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling to ensure the works are not compromised due to off road fleet vehicles.
3. Monitor site vehicle utilisation and performance.
4. Assist with commercial driver onboarding.
5. Ensure driver compliance information is up to date and monitor on a regular basis.
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Proficient with Office 365
2. Good time management
3. Ability to produce reports to recommend improvements.
4. Good communicator with great people skills
