The role
As a Programme Information Management Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be managing the Document Control Team, directly supporting the delivery of a number of significant work streams, both internally and externally within the supply chain.
Day-to-day, you'll be leading a team and setting and implementing the Information Management strategy to underpin the overall successful delivery of the program.
Main responsibilities
* Act as the Information Management 'subject matter adviser', providing ongoing support and guidance across the programme.
* Define and implement programme Information Management arrangements to ensure the protection and control of information, ensuring it is available, accurate, complete, and secure.
* Manage the programme Document Control team on a day-to-day basis.
* Liaise with other functions to ensure the effective integration of Information Management across the programme, e.g., engineering.
* Lead the timely investigation and resolution of Information Management events and issues.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Programme Information Management Lead
* Proven track record preferably gained within a similar Information Management role, including the management of a Document Control team.
* Experience of using and managing an EDM System.
* Knowledge of Information Management standards e.g., ISO 15489, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 23081 (Desirable).
