Macgregor Black is delighted to partner with a Leading FMCG Brand in their search for a Social and Digital Media Manager. This is a full-time role, with hybrid working.
As Social and Digital Media manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging strategic content, across multiple platforms and formats showcasing strong video, graphics, technical and copywriting skills. You will understand and manage platform analytics to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy for increased reach and engagement.
Key responsibilities
* Create multi-platform content and strategy for optimal reach and engagement both proactively and reactively to current trends
* Manage organic and paid advertising channels
* Drive brand amplification across digital platforms
* Manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including brand and influencer partnerships
* Develop targeted strategy to grow customer engagement and retention across identified profiles
What are we looking for?
* Experienced in social media and digital marketing ideally within FMCG
* A creative thinker developing fresh and outstanding content across all channels
* Strong technical skills across video, web, graphics and copywriting
* Knowledge of analytics management tools
* Adaptable and keen follower of platforms changes and algorithm updates
* Experience managing partnerships across brand and influencer marketing
