The Role
We are looking for a hard-working, well-organized individual to help our maintenance team ensure the buildings and grounds of Katharine House are tidy and in good repair.
You will be required to travel to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance for all our sites, which include the Hospice, Business Centre, and 15 retail premises. This is a physically demanding role, involving regular moving and handling tasks. Experience in basic plumbing and carpentry would be an advantage.
Please note, an enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role.
A full driving license is required as you will need to drive our company vehicles, along with a flexible approach to work and the ability to work within a team or on your own initiative.
