The Role
This role supports the global Go To Market & Solutioning organization as well as the Global Strategic Alliances team. The responsibilities include:
1. Partnering and collaborating with global leaders and leadership teams to develop and deliver HR solutions that proactively support business strategy, results, and employee engagement.
2. Providing expert guidance & advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues, based on best practices employed across multiple countries.
3. Collaborating with Country HR Partners/COEs, providing functional direction and driving execution of agreed-upon actions and HR programs (such as compensation, performance management, talent review, and workforce diversity).
4. Serving on the client group’s leadership team, partnering on transformational projects and other key initiatives to meet business objectives.
5. Driving a robust operating system across the global HR operating model to deliver proactive HR support to all stakeholders, in line with business objectives.
Who You Are
A proven HR business partner with experience supporting executive leaders, balancing vision, drive for results, a learning orientation, and employee outcomes across complex teams - ideally in a Sales environment. You possess:
1. A broad HR background including compensation, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
2. A proven track record of success supporting global teams, ideally having worked in a technology environment.
3. The ability to build authentic relationships and garner influence as a key thought partner, influencing executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and represent information and strategy, along with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. The ability to balance strategic with tactical, hands-on work.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
8. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail-oriented.
