Customer Collaboration Manager — ***Leading FMCG B-Corp Brand***
Location: Soho, London (Hybrid: in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Bonus, EMI Share Scheme, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday plus much more!

Operating from their Soho, London headquarters, this dynamic team thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
As a Customer Collaboration Planner, you will play a key role in optimizing inventory and supply chain processes both internally and with retail partners. Working closely with the Head of Retail, you’ll ensure seamless forecasting, replenishment, and distribution to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forecast Alignment: Work as part of the CPFR process to align internal and retailer forecasts using both companies' ordering and reporting systems.
* Supply Chain Coordination: Serve as the primary link between sales and planning across the supply chain, fostering strong retailer relationships through regular Head Office visits and supply chain meetings.
* Order & Stock Management: Perform daily checks on orders and allocations, maintain SKU-level forecasting, and analyze stockholding to inform forward forecasts.
* Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates, including Week-to-Date sales reports, promotional volume insights, and KPI tracking for business performance.
* Issue Resolution: Identify gaps in store availability, analyze root causes, and implement plans to address these gaps effectively.
* S&OP Meetings: Contribute to key demand and sales calendar meetings, summarizing volume and performance insights.
* Retailer Collaboration: Drive the CPFR process, lead supply-based projects, and collaborate on initiatives such as improving online sales performance.
* Seasonal Planning: Oversee forecasting and planning for key retail periods, including Christmas, New Year, and range changes.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working in a customer collaboration or supply chain implant role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in forecasting systems and tools; familiarity with retailer systems is advantageous.
