Senior Communications Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading firm to recruit a dynamic Senior Communications Manager for a newly created role. This is a unique opportunity to shape the communications strategy and make a significant impact on the firm's internal and external messaging. You will collaborate with senior leadership, including the Managing Partner and Business Services Heads, coaching partners on the importance of cohesive messaging. You will work closely with PR agencies to maintain and enhance the firm's public relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage internal communication tools, templates, and platforms to showcase capabilities and embed firm values.
* Develop and execute media management strategies, digital communication plans, and other channels that support business development.
* Provide strategic guidance and editorial support for key messages and information dissemination.
* Ensure the firm's communications are effective and aligned with business goals
The right person will have:
* Proven experience in communications, with a strong emphasis on content creation and messaging.
* Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce accurate and engaging content.
* Ability to work collaboratively across all areas of the business and show initiative.
* Strong vision for how communications should look and work within the firm.
* Experience in managing both internal and external communications, with a focus on achieving cohesive messaging and tone of voice.
* Open to candidates from non-legal backgrounds who can demonstrate an understanding of operating in a partnership environment.
