We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Resource Manager within Care4CE, Cheshire East Council provider services. The services support vulnerable adults in various care settings. This means you must be adaptable and responsive to meet the demands placed on our services.
You will be required to have experience of managing and supervising staff and be able to evidence leadership skills.
You will ensure that regulatory and statutory requirements are met and, where required as Registered Manager, ensure adherence to CQC standards in order to deliver high quality services.
There will be a requirement to complete additional tasks such as audits, recruitment, investigations, absence management and possible delivery of training to frontline staff.
You will need to have extensive experience in social care or health care and be able to demonstrate an understanding of current issues in social care. In addition, excellent IT and communication skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will initially be based in Congleton but may be required to work in any area of Cheshire East.
