What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead & Motivate a Team: Oversee a team of individuals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve their goals. Your leadership will ensure the team is engaged and consistently delivering high-quality work.
* Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee relations, addressing concerns, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring that the team is aligned with company values.
* Manage Attendance & Performance: Proactively manage attendance patterns, handle performance management issues, and implement solutions to improve team productivity and morale.
* Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and creating individual development plans to foster growth within the team.
* Lead Process Improvements: Identify areas for operational improvement and collaborate with management to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and implement best practices.

* Proven Leadership: You must have strong, hands-on leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Employee Relations Expertise: You should be confident in handling all aspects of employee relations, from managing performance issues to fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and build rapport with your team, as well as with stakeholders across the business.

What’s In It for You:
* Salary: £26,500 per annum
* Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, with weekend availability required 1 in every 3 weekends
