Our client is focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions, with leading positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence care, and infusion care.\n\nRole overview \n\nThe Project Coordinator Associate is part-time role within the Project Management Organization support digital health solution team. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans\nCoordinate project activities, resources, and information\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reporting\nResponsible for track expense, forecast costs, and provide reports on the financial status of projects\nEnsure resource allocation is efficient\nCoordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed\nPrepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all necessary topics are covered\nFacilitate meeting logistics in meeting preparation and in follow-ups\nManage third party vendors in term of onboarding, SOW, deliverable tracking, and budget tracking.Qualifications:\n\n0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field\nBasic understanding of project management\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nStrong organization skills, including attention to detail and highly self-motivated\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset\nAbility to work effectively within a team and independently \n\nCarbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
