What you'll do
You'll be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and roadmap for propositions within Vodafone's Handset and Device Lifecycle Propositions team - owning Ask Once (our flagship Customer Experience proposition), our refurbished propositions, and our device care propositions like Lifetime Service Promise.
In this exciting role you'll be empowered to be creative and innovative, developing propositions that enhance customer value and loyalty. You will be responsible for leading on strategy in this space and working with delivery teams to define the roadmap for growth. For propositions already in play, you will be accountable for performance optimisation. This will involve understanding the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering and finding ways to increase market share whilst maintaining a happy customer base.
Key accountabilities:
* Define the multi-year strategy & proposition roadmap for our device care and service propositions - defining key customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives, desired customer experience, and marketing approach and how this fits into the overall Mobile Propositions strategy.
* Obsess over how we attract new customers, and how we help them up the value chain through insight led and segmented propositions.
* Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired customer experience journeys; with a strong digital first mindset for any new enhancements you'll be leading, working in collaboration with our ecommerce team.
* Own the Proposition business casing and the performance against business case targets, making changes to accelerate or underpin as needed, in collaboration with the Commercial team.
* Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy & commercial ambition for new Proposition launches from which the execution plan will be defined & owned by the Mobile GTM partner.
Who you are:
* Thorough understanding of the Consumer Mobile market, including working within a proposition and/or product role directly related to this market.
* Exceptional influencing skills.
* Track record of insight-led product or proposition changes, including flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change.
* Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making.
* A strong commercial mind, able to make clear recommendations on what to invest in and what to stop.
* Ability to build strong professional relationships in order to lead virtual teams and get things done.
* Proven ability to drive change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders.
* Experience working in a digital first environment and / or working within an Agile environment.
