Adoption Social Worker - Flexible Hybrid Working \n \nSalary up to £42,000 \n \nNonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating in the East Midlands in order to help them find an Adoption Social Worker who can join them on a full-time, permanent basis. \nThe role is flexible hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office and the rest at home, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance.\n \nResponsibilities: \nThe Adoption Social Worker in this role will be involved in the assessments of prospective applicants\nYou will be supported by a very experienced and friendly manager and you will also have ongoing training and opportunities for career progression with them, so this is a very nice place to work for.\n \nBenefits: \n\n28 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays and an additional 5 days, after 5 years\n\nRecruitment Welcome Bonus of £4,000\n\nFlexibility with hybrid working - 1/2 days a week in the office \n\nGood Ofsted - Outstanding Leadership rating (as of Feb 2025)\n\nGood salary - up to £42,000\n\nPermanent, supportive and inclusive management team \n\nExtensive Learning & Development and career development opportunities\n \nRequirements: \nPlease apply if you are a Social Worker and if you have experience in Adoption or in Fostering\n You must have a Social Work Qualification and a driving license and car also. \n \nIf this role sounds like something you would be interested in, please send your CV, ideally in Word format, via this site.
