Reward Analyst – 6-Month Contract, Full-Time, London, Hybrid working, Up to £65,000 DOE
An established wealth management firm is looking for a skilled Reward Analyst to join their HR team on a 6-month contract, based in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, this role will support the design and implementation of our reward and benefits strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives and promote employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
* Performance & Reward Processes: Support the end-to-end processes for annual performance, salary, and bonus reviews, ensuring smooth scheduling, planning, and tracking. You’ll create, manage, and analyze performance data, compensation models, and calibration materials, presenting recommendations for senior leadership review.
* Market Benchmarking: Drive our market benchmarking initiatives, collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
* Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with regulatory compensation requirements, including Gender Pay Gap and other mandated disclosures, while supporting the development of future pay gap analytics.
* Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits reviews, evaluating new options and managing the process with third-party providers. Ensure budgets and employee queries are managed effectively through ongoing collaboration with brokers and administrators.
* HRIS and Technology Management: Configure pay frameworks and support self-service reward technology within our HRIS system, providing essential technology-driven support to ensure efficiency across reward processes.
* M&A Support: Collaborate with relevant departments to integrate reward processes and structures during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Share Schemes Administration: Manage our share schemes through third-party platforms, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all related activities and communication.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or Reward within financial or professional services, with solid experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with HR systems (ideally Workday), and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau essential. Experience with share database administration and knowledge of FCA Conduct Rules will be highly beneficial.
