Reward Analyst - 6-Month Contract, Full-Time, London, Hybrid working, Up to £65,000 DOE
An established wealth management firm is looking for a skilled Reward Analyst to join their HR team on a 6-month contract, based in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, this role will support the design and implementation of our reward and benefits strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the design and implementation of reward and benefits strategies.
2. Analyze market trends and data to inform rewards decisions.
3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies.
4. Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement through rewards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a reward analyst or similar role.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
