SURREY CHARITY – HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Responsible for: HR Manager, Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager, Systems Analyst, Reception Manager
Manage and develop Central Services to meet regulatory responsibilities and provide effective organisational systems, policies, and support for staff and managers to achieve strategic aims. Lead HR, property management, IT, compliance, and health and safety.
Strategic Leadership and Management:
1. Lead the strategic direction as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
2. Accountable for Central Services, delivering integrated support across HR, property management, IT systems, and compliance.
3. Manage senior staff within Central Services.
4. Drive transformation of systems and ways of working to improve service quality.
