We offer outstanding opportunities for professional growth and the chance to truly make a difference in young lives.The RoleIn this role, you'll play a central role in curriculum leadership, spiritual development, and school improvement through strategic initiatives, faith-based events, and staff development.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Religious Education Faculty and its curriculumDrive and promote Catholic life, values, and mission throughout the schoolOversee Section 48 inspection preparations and Catholic life initiativesSupport, mentor and develop staff across the departmentMonitor teaching standards, conduct lesson observations, and provide feedbackDevelop RE policies and ensure inclusivity and high-quality learning for all studentsFacilitate parental, staff, and student engagement with RE and Catholic ethosManage assessment frameworks to monitor student progress and outcomesBuild relationships with external Catholic education networks and exam boardsBenefits:At Holy Family Catholic School, we truly care for our staff.
