Location: Richmond Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pmSalary: Up to £19.00 per hour (Circa £35k per annum)Benefits: On-site car parking | Weekly pay About the Role Our client, a leading financial services provider and part of an international banking group, is seeking a Pay Out Administrator to join their dynamic team in Richmond on a temporary basis. This role sits within the New Business Department, ensuring that approved proposals meet all documentation and compliance requirements before activation and payout. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing new business activations efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Verifying agreement details in ALFA before processing payouts. Activating new agreements and ensuring timely supplier invoice payments. Checking and authorising supplier invoices and introducer payments, including commission and document fee shares. Reconciling agreements and coordinating with Finance for payment processing. Issuing welcome letters and documents to customers upon activation. Liaising with New Business Coordinators regarding payouts and outstanding documents. Scanning and archiving agreement documents. Communicating with Finance regarding terminated deals and amendments to live agreements. Managing deferred payouts efficiently. What We’re Looking For Experience in asset finance or financial administration. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in financial systems and CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
