Content Moderator - HEBREW

What You'll Do:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues such as account support requests or potentially harmful content.
* Enforce community standards by monitoring reports of abuse.
* Use your market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions and enhance user experience.
* Analyse trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Language Requirements:
* Fluent level (C1-C2) Hebrew in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the Israeli Market.
* Professional Proficiency in English (B2 - C2).

Working hours: Day shift (9am - 5.30pm) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) (T&Cs Apply)
Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
*This is an office job. Work from home/remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.
Contract: Full Time
IMPORTANT:
· Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
· Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland - EU/UK passport.
We can also offer visa sponsorship for this role to qualifying candidates.
Relocation costs of up to €2k will be reimbursed.
