The Recruitment Administrator is an integral role within the business. The successful candidate will oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. The role involves excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and compliance management. This is a varied position that requires liaising with multiple external stakeholders while performing your duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding, compliance, or managing multiple processes simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to organise time and resources effectively are essential. The salary for this position is between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum, with sociable working hours. The role offers training in a truly fantastic working environment.
