The Role:
Opportunities have arisen within our Roving Night Support Service. We are looking for Care Workers to support clients in the community across the Accrington, Blackburn, Hyndburn, Burnley, Pendle, and Rossendale areas.
Job Specification:
* Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
* Provide personal care to clients.
* Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to clients.
* Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
* Complete all necessary paperwork.
* Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practice.
* Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes.
* You must possess a full manual driving licence and have access to your own vehicle when required; evidence of this will be required.
The service operates between 10 pm and 7 am, 7 days a week, on a 4 on 4 off rolling pattern, which could be perfect if you need to work around your children’s school hours.
When you join our inspirational team working on the Night Support contract, you will be required to work in pairs as you travel from house to house. The visits provide a range of support from short periods (for example, toileting, repositioning, medication) to longer periods as required.
