Children’s Home Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: Upto £55K per annum

We are working with a highly respected provider of residential children’s care, committed to making a real difference in young lives. We are looking for a strong, compassionate leader to manage our clients children’s home in Northampton and ensure the highest standards of care and support.
The Role:
As the Children’s Home Manager, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team, promoting professional development and best practices.
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and deliver high-quality, child-centred care.
Support and develop care plans to enhance the well-being and outcomes of the children in your care.
Build strong relationships with young people, families, and external professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a role related to residential care of children.
At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care (or equivalent) – Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a commitment to achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
A passion for working with children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
