A housing association is currently looking for a number of Part-time Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis in Chelmsford for about a year.
Key Responsibilities
1. You will be responsible for dealing with high demand customer contacts and enquiries by telephone, email, web, and other social media channels.
2. You will work in a Performance Management driven culture with SMART objectives linked to the overall CSC key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution targets.
3. You will be an ambassador for excellent customer service standards, taking ownership for resolving each customer enquiry as per the agreed CSC Service Offer.
4. You will ensure a high-quality service is provided to customers in line with company values, behaviours, and corporate standards.
5. To act as a positive role model for other staff members, conveying the corporate standards and values at all times.
6. To quickly understand customer requirements, resolve these in an efficient manner, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will be working 20 hours a week on night shifts as follows: 5pm-10pm Monday to Sunday (4 days a week shifted) or alternatively, you can work 11am-10pm Saturday & Sunday only every week.
PAYE rate: £14.20; Umbrella rate: £18.66.
Essential Requirements
1. Experience of working in a customer service centre environment or similar customer service-focused organisation, interacting with customers to deliver high-quality services.
2. Experience of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
3. Experience in processing complex customer enquiries to their satisfactory conclusion using resources available.
4. Experience of dealing with challenging customers.
5. Experience in working with all popular Microsoft ICT software packages.
6. Must be immediately available or on short notice.
7. Must be willing to do either shift listed.
