You will focus on enhancing the experience for our customers to register and onboard themselves to our digital channels including Maersk.com and Mobile app and complete required protocols including KYC and access control.
In addition, you will leverage your product and technology expertise towards building an experience for business partners to collaborate through our digital channels and improve overall digital customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy to achieve stable, multi-fold growth in digital customer acquisition and improve digital customer satisfaction (NPS)
2. Lead talent development and drive engagement for a high performing team of product owners
3. Define key KPIs and success metrics and set in place robust mechanisms to measure, report and assess performance of customer acquisition and onboarding experience
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies towards enhancing the upper-funnel experience for our customers on digital channels and provide thought leadership to the organization on how to incorporate them into broader platform plans
We are looking for:
The successful candidate should have a strong background in digital demand generation and technology product management and will be responsible for creating and executing a product strategy and roadmap that addresses the needs of individual regions and business. This role is truly cross-functional and requires the candidate to be adept in managing stakeholders across functions including marketing & commercial teams, technology teams and key business platform teams with dependencies.
5. Substantial experience of technical product management in customer acquisition, customer registration and onboarding and digital demand generation. Experience in a highly visible leadership role is preferred.
6. Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
7. Ability to operate at multiple levels keeping context of stakeholders and their ask in mind
8. Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
9. Prior experience of digital product management or product management roles in logistics, supply chain or B2B organizations is preferred.
10. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
