Eagle House care home is seeking to employ a qualified, NMC registered nurse who can also work as a clinical lead. The home has a friendly team which provides premium nursing care for service users with a wide range of needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Home Manager with leading, motivating, and developing the staff team.
2. Ensuring that the home is fully compliant with CQC and Local authority regulations.
3. Stepping up in the absence of another Nurse.
4. Providing outstanding clinical care to the residents and setting the benchmark standard for excellence for the other nurses within the home.
5. Supporting the Nursing Staff and Care Staff within the home on the floor.
6. Taking responsibility for the medication and ensuring all related information is properly recorded and maintained.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Have at least 4 years of experience in nursing in a care home.
2. Be a qualified RGN or RMN.
3. Be friendly and patient-oriented.
4. Have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail. Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential.
Successful candidates will be required to provide a valid, enhanced Disclosure certificate. Please note that we will acknowledge a transferable DBS certificate (Enhanced) and may allow for an immediate start.
