HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

Do you have experience of working with people who experience multiple disadvantages? Does the idea of working as part of a new team actively seeking to improve the lives of those we support appeal to you?
* As Coordinator, you will be supporting the Team Manager to provide accommodation and appropriate support to people who have experience of multiple disadvantages.
* The successful post holder will form a key part of the main operational team, working closely with external services to support residents.
* You will work closely with the Complex Needs Project support workers to ensure ongoing support is delivered alongside external agencies who can provide professional support.
* You will hold a small caseload and will be advocating and enabling clients to access appropriate services, including longer term housing.
