The Governors at St. Mark's Catholic Primary School wish to appoint enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join a very successful, hardworking team. The post is required for 7.5 hours per week between the hours of 11.45am to 1.15pm Required as soon as possible after safeguarding clearances obtained. Duties will include assisting children in the dining hall with opening lunch boxes and cutting up food as appropriate; clearing tables and disposing of waste food and drink; supervising children in the hall. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Assist with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table manners and promoting healthy eating. Provide a caring and supportive presence for students, addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise. Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently. Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
